  • The first stage of our process is to recruit a range of graduates from the world’s top universities. Our scheme is targeted towards students who have a range of skills that can be deployed across a variety of industries and roles.
  • We employ ambitious candidates who are poised for future leadership but have not yet had the opportunity to explore a variety of industries and companies.

Step 2

The Bounce Academy:

Training candidates with industry insights and connecting to a network of experts.

  • Our in-house candidate training scheme is specifically tailored to ensure our graduates are equipped with the skills and industry knowledge they need to hit the ground running in their first rotation.
  • This is the crucial first step in preparing our graduates for their future careers. Graduates will have the opportunity to hear from external industry speakers who will help to explain different rotations and roles that they may partake in during the course of the programme. This is alongside technical skills development which will assist them in the day to day of each role.

Step 3

The Bounce Rotations:

Up to four 6-month rotations.

  • Our graduates will complete up to four 6-month rotations across various industries and partner companies, gaining hands-on experience and immersing themselves in diverse workplace cultures. This approach helps them build versatile skills applicable to any industry.
  • This structure allows companies to assess our graduates and determine their fit for the role and company culture.
  • If both sides agree, companies can hire our graduates full-time, ensuring a motivated employee dedicated to driving business growth.
  • If not, our partner companies will welcome another of our graduates into a new 6-month rotation.

Step 4

A match made

When the graduate and partner agree roll off into a new career.

  • Our graduates roll off into a fulltime career with one of our partner companies.
  • Bounce will fully support the roll off of our graduates into their future careers.
  • The result for our graduates: well-rounded, experienced employees who have found a career they love, and are passionate about the company they will be joining.
  • The result for businesses: Companies employ multi-faceted talent who are poised for future leadership. Our model ensures passionate and loyal employees who are proud to work for their employer.
