Graduate Careers Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

We are bounce: a brand-new start up focusing on revolutionising graduate careers with our multi-company, multi-industry rotational graduate scheme. Our model empowers graduates from all backgrounds to experience a breadth of jobs before committing to one as a full time employee.

The current cycle of graduate employment is not working for anyone.

Graduates are entering roles they know little about and ultimately end up dissatisfied and leaving within a year. Employers are failing to attract and retain enthusiastic talent to help drive businesses forward, despite spending millions on recruitment and benefits.

As a result, 55% of graduates leave their first job within a year.To help us on our journey to tackle this problem, we want to hear directly from the university students and recent graduates who have experienced these issues.

Throughout this survey, we will ask you questions regarding your background, education, work experience, interest in graduate careers and programmes you have applied to.

Thank you again
